Hi, I’m Julia, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I offer both in-person counselling in Squamish, BC (37979 Cleveland Ave #201) and secure online therapy sessions for clients across British Columbia.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and communication challenges, life transitions, and patterns of overthinking or emotional overwhelm. My goal is to support you in understanding what’s going on beneath the surface while also building practical ways to feel more grounded and clear in your daily life.
My professional background includes several years of experience running my own private practice, as well as clinical work with Pearls Space (formerly Howe Sound Women’s Centre) and Sea to Sky Community Services. This diverse experience has allowed me to support clients from a wide range of backgrounds with complex and layered concerns.
I offer a collaborative and relational approach to therapy, where we work together in a space built on trust, curiosity, and respect. I integrate a range of evidence-informed approaches, including Client-Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to help you explore the stories you hold about yourself and develop new ways of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and create meaningful change.
